Village Schoolhouse Tuition & Refund Policy
At Village Schoolhouse, we are an intentionally small, relationship-based learning community. Each child’s enrollment holds a dedicated space within our program, allowing us to thoughtfully prepare our environment, materials, and guides.
Enrollment
A non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your child’s place in our school community.
Tuition Commitment
Tuition is paid monthly and reflects your child’s reserved space in our program, rather than daily attendance.
Because of this, tuition remains consistent regardless of absences, travel, or personal scheduling.
Withdrawals
We ask for a 30-day written notice if your family needs to withdraw.
Tuition continues through this notice period as we honor staffing, planning, and the held space for your child.
Refunds
Tuition is non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed days, illness, or schedule changes.
If tuition has been prepaid beyond the 30-day notice window, any unused portion may be refunded.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. In the case of significant circumstances, we are always open to thoughtful conversation and may consider exceptions when appropriate.
Utah Fits All Scholarship
For families utilizing the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program, all payments and any applicable refunds will be handled in alignment with program guidelines and processed through the approved platform
